Worry...

How much will worry do when it comes to providing solutions to the problems and challenges we face? Over 70% of what we subject ourselves t everyday is based on the bedrock of worry - what to eat, what to wear, the consequences of our actions, insecurity about job/work survival- and the list goes on.

You might be tempted to believe that those are the things that makes up human existence, but the truth about worrying is that it leads to depression, increases your brain age, and also reduces your productivity drastically, which then leaves you worse than you were.

Rather, it is better when we subject our brain to thinking (brain storming) and living less anxious. When we choose to think strategically, we get solutions cheaply and our wisdom capital increases exponentially. Brain storming helps us get a better view of life and moves us beyond our point of restriction.

Understanding and Believing

It is amazing how people have propounded that understanding a matter precedes believing it. but i beg to differ. I believe the way life operates is such that believing precedes understanding. This is because genuinely believing matters (facts) about life has a way of opening your hearts to the bits in it, and it's impossible to grasp the true extent of a thing if you are not keen to know about it.
Although, I will admittedly say that most of the realities and theories about life is always unfathomable, but a major key to having a knowledge of how it operates is choosing to believe - opening your heart to the beauty of its serenity... then understanding comes.

PRE-TRO

Naturally, I love to capture my thoughts in ink. The best moments of my life is spent in the serenity of my environment, where I get to ponder on the beauty of life and express myself in letters.
Although, I must confess that this has not been a very easy task, because most times the thoughts are hard to define and articulate with words. But really, I do my best to do so.
Enjoy!
